worst treatment by a MD
The disrespect and literal disdain that Dr Eisener presented to me for eval for dry eye disease is unacceptable. This was off the map for the level of disrespect this Dr presented to me. Apparently he believes having a MD gives him the right or lower to speak with disdain to his patient in my new patient evaluation. He doesn’t listen and makes his own personal judgements on reason you are there. This Dr is doing a great disservice to the medical community. His med asst witnessed his poor treatment of me and i could sense she was embarrassed by his behavior. Sure she would not report due to fear of losing job. Look elsewhere for a specialist who actually listens to you. and wants to help you.

Rushed visit, long wait, not a good listener and didn’t leave time for questions.

I have been billed 3 times for one procedure. First was the initial consultation with Dr. Eisner. Second was for the surgery center where Dr. Eisner preformed the surgery. Third is for Dr. Eisner preforming "After Cataract Laser Surgery". I have been to other eye centers (Southwestern Eye Center) that charge one time for everything. (Dr. Eisner was one of the only Eye doctor/centers that my insurance covered) I had Retina surgery earlier this year and was charge $900 total. This was a less aggressive procedure that has now totaled $1200. I will NOT use or recommend this doctor or eye center.

I have had cataract surgery in both eyes; blessed to have had Dr. Eisner as performing ophthalmologist. I don't think I could find a better professional nor a better complement of his entire staff - both Office and Surgery!

I have been a patient of Dr. Eisner's since 2012. I had cataract removal with new multi- focal lenses. I no longer wear glasses to read or drive (after 40+ years of bifocals). Surgery was painless, recovery swift and the result, marvelous. This week I had a capsulotomy laser treatment to clear vision in one eye. The treatment was painless, took about 4 minutes and within a few hours, clear vision was restored. Dr. Eisner's staff, both in his office and surgery center, are kind, efficient.

Wouldn't recommend, barely even spends time to exam or even ask questions about why youre there. Will search for a different eye Dr as I have tried this office 3 times so its obviously how he runs his practice

The front office staff is horrible. They want to sit up front and make a paycheck. If you want to be charged hidden fees do not go there. They do not do a contact lens exam even when you come in wearing contacts. They would also not do one free of charge and said it was my fault because I didn't specially state what I needed. Patients can't be expected to know everything. I say go somewhere where you'll be treated with respect and care.
