Humanitarian Doctor Steps Up
Dr. Cloud and her staff at VCU Short Pump Pavilion stepped up to my patient challenges, offering me peace of mind, professional care, and direction. I was lost on a diagnosis and treatment for PD. Dr. Cloud's expertise as a movement specialist came in handy and she was quick to dig for additional testing. I left feeling confident in her treatment and relieved. Thanks Dr. Cloud!

dr. cloud is a very perceptive, educated, intelligent, and caring physician. she spends all the time one needs during a visit, never rushes you. she gets to the bottom of one's problems and provides assessments and help. if necessary, we use the portal to communicate w/her inbetween visits and she is quick to reply. her ongoing studies help provide info for helping her patients. Her pa jessica utt is much like dr. cloud in her approach and intelligence and help.

Awesome doctor. Really cares. Remembers me as a person even when I haven't seen her in over a year. Never hurried or rushed, gives good advice, answers questions, explains the different drugs available for my P.D. Plus her PA, Jessica Utt is just as thoughtful and attentive as Dr. Cloud.

I have seen Dr. Cloud for 3 years. She correctly diagnosed swelling in my legs as a side-effect of medication I was on at the time of my first visit that my previous neuro had not, and promptly changed my Rx. She is always willing to answer all questions frankly and informatively in person and through prompt replies to email. She is involved in research, giving patients a chance to participate in gathering knowledge about our conditions, a plus in my opinion. No nonsense, and very friendly.
