Dr. Lesley Bevan, MD

Dr Bevan is very thorough; takes time to address all my questions. Her nurse is easily reachable through the portal for help; as well as the nurse line for any urgent questions/concerns. It’s true the front desk is not easily reachable but they have always returned my call the same day.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bevan for years now and she is the absolute best. She cares and is compassionate and is extremely intelligent, which is all you can hope for in an ONGYN. I’m so thankful to have found her as she has helped me through so many different “obstacles” over the last 7-8 years without judgement. That’s the biggest thing to note - no matter what issue I have come to her with from a potential STD to sexual partners, to my irrational fear of my IUD, to now my anxiety about trying to conceive with my husband, I don’t feel judged. I’m so thankful to have her as my OBGYN and highly recommend her!

I've left a review on Google as well, but I would recommend Dr. Bevan to any of my friends! Calm, caring and willing to listen with undivided attention. Never makes you feel rushed. I've been with this practice for over 5 years and 2 baby boys. Would never think of going anywhere else!

I always get Dr. Bevan's undivided attention when I am with her. She asks good, probing questions and follows up as needed based on my answers and my history. She is also proactive with respect to diagnostics given my family history of breast cancer. Metropolitan OB/GYN as a practice is also very professional and courteous. Though I love dr Bevan, the practice is horrible and we had to leave because of the staff.: my husband and I had some fertility tests done and no one would call us back with the results after over a week of waiting. Keep in mind that they have the results less than an hour after the sample is given (and which we paid out of pocket hundreds of dollars for) it’s been over a week and we are still waiting! I contacted the office on four occasions- each of which I Was put on hold for more than 10 minutes each time and had to provide a callback number. After reading other reviews on google, especially the woman who had a miscarriage and they kept calling her trying to schedule a third trimester appointment., I will be seeking other options. The office staff does not do things they say they will from our experience and we cannot trust them.

I have been seeing Dr. Bevan since 2012. She is one of a kind! Professional, smart, kind, gentle and compassionate. I have never felt rushed during a visit. She makes you feel like you are the only patient she is seeing that day! She listens to you and has such a gentle demeanor that instantly makes you feel comfortable. She has delivered both of my boys and each time has gone above and beyond to make sure we are all doing well! I love Dr. Bevan!

Dr. Bevan goes beyond the typical treatment to make sure you are well and truly healthy. She goes through the normal steps, but reviews everything again to make sure she isn't missing anything and is giving you the best healthcare possible. I greatly enjoy her company and am so glad she is my doctor. I also appreciate the cleanliness and friendliness of the office, rooms, staff, and other providers.
