My recent experience with Sandknop’s office policies and communication has left me deeply disappointed. As someone who has relied on a specific medication since the age of 14, I’ve encountered shortages before, but none as poorly managed as this. When my local pharmacy ran out of stock and informed me it would be weeks before they restocked, I reached out to Sandknop’s office to transfer my prescription to a pharmacy that had the medication available. However, instead of understanding the urgency of the situation, I was met with resistance and hostility from Quinn, Rickert’s assistant. Despite my pleas and the efforts of the pharmacy to request the transfer, Sandknop’s office adamantly refused, citing “company policy.” This inflexible stance not only disregarded my medical needs but also displayed a shocking lack of empathy towards patients.Despite attempts to escalate the issue by leaving messages for Dr. Rickert, I received no response. I was stuck by lightening in May 2022 when my house was struck in a storm with 650 claims. It was 6 am when I heard the sonic boom in my living room. Long story short Dr. Sandknop had 6 other lightening strike patients and knew what to do. He saved my life because his expertise and doctors intuition as I was an unusual case. It has now been 18 months and I am far far beater. I was in the ER 7 times and hospitalized twice for 3 days or longer. Dr. Saintknop helped me through the process. When at least 8 other doctors said I should be dead, Dr Sandknop believed I could live and I did.

Only 1 star because 0 is not an option. There is a shortage on my medication and very few pharmacies have it in stock. Í finally found 1 that has it. Called to see if they can send it to that pharmacy and was told that they can’t transfer just because the original one dose not have it. Was told I’d have to go without until they could fill it. Never again will I go back to someone I pay to see that will not help me out.

Great and has been my doctor for a long time. He is friendly but will tell you what you need to know about your conditions. He seems to care a lot about me and my conditions and tries hard to be good at what he does.

Horrible. I saw Doctor Kamar for back pain. The next day my pain was much worse and he refused to do anything further unless I came back for another evaluation. He left me in pain for the weekend. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had the worst experience at this office. I never did see Jeff Rickert because he sent the nurse in to tell me that he won't write a prescription for Ambien even though this office wrote the prescription for me for at least 10 years. Also the nurse taking down family medical history told me that my sister had a good, long life. She died 2 years ago at the age of 77. Who is she to decide what is a good long life? My mother lived to be 92, my father is still living at the age of 98 1/2 years old.

I have known Dr SANDKNOP and used his Office through several other medical staff. He has one of the best Doctors offices I've used for my Son who is a Special Needs patient. Also Dr. SANDKNOP has a Veterans Medical Center that I use for all VA Needs. His business practices are honest fair and much better that any other medical facility I've used in the last 30 years. I've been using his office for 10 years with Zero Problems. His nursing staff is very intuitive regarding needs of my family.

I DO NOT recommend anyone seeking healthcare , to chose this facility for care. They do not send medical records to specialist they refer you to which they referred my mother to two specialist who never received the records from their office. The office manager, Tiffany is unprofessional and failed to return my call until the specialist doctor called her demanding the records to be sent then she decided to call me leaving me an unprofessional voicemail. Diane who answers the phone is rude.

Dr Sandknop has been my dr and friend for over 35 years he is down to earth hard working man. He has helped many people and yes you have to wait for him because he takes the time to make sure you understand what is going on and he cares. Since the government has stuck there nose where it does not belong and has access to all our medical records it has screwed up the way all of our drs treat us it takes twice as long to input our medical records in computer every visit. So we have to wait londer.

I waited one hour and twenty minutes in the lobby for an 8:30 am appointment. I got mad and left and won't go back. I was never apologized too. I never saw the Dr. Very disappointed. I had been a patient there for years , but my Dr moved. This is unacceptable!
