I would definitely not recommend Dr. Rodriguez. He was beyond manipulative towards my daughter, and told her that her diagnoses weren’t real, and that she was just “hypersensitive.” The only cure for one of her conditions is surgery, and he told us that people who get that surgery are “taking the easy way out”- what the -?!!! He claims the feeding tube she had placed over the summer for rapidly declining malnutrition was simply there “for comfort” and that because she has the ability to eat by mouth (not more than a few hundred calories per day, and throws it up every night), that it wasn’t necessary. He also claimed that he looked at one of her scans and her condition had resolved itself. Fact check, it did not, it had actually progressed. Not to mention his fellow was incredibly rude. His nurse practitioner seemed nice, and was making faces throughout the appointment, insinuating her questioning to his statements. After declining, he sent in the psychiatrist who was also unhelpful.

Expertly performed a complex test/procedure (anorectal manometry), the results of which have greatly aided in my GI care.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with Dr, Rodriguez. We visited from out of state because our child's situation had not improved after several years of working with physicians at Johns Hopkins. He reviewed all the test results in advance and talked through the problem with us. He scheduled tests for the next day and proved his conclusions correct. His insight and knowledge clearly demonstrated his profound knowledge and experience. His staff was all very friendly and gracious.

I would definately recommend Dr. Rodriquez. He was very kind, professional and patient. He took the time to listen to all of my daughters symptoms and provide an accurate diagnosis. We were very satisfied with him.
