Rushed through the visit. Didn't seem to care much about getting further into the diagnosis. Tried to up sell me on the HM physical therapy. I now have a physical therapist that seems to know more about how to treat me than he does.

Awful experience with Dr. Taarea and I felt as if others should know about our situation. We left his office Wednesday Feeling extremely disappointed and outraged by his unprofessionalism as an orthopedic doctor. We had a follow up appointment due to an injury I had last week and we’re going to get results of an MRI. He was clearly unprepared for the appointment, And contradicted himself a few times during the short appointment. He asked if we had imaging and we stated we had already sent it over Monday, clear indication that he didn’t bother to look and just review the report. He even stated oh they must have reported this wrong. He didn’t answer any questions we had with my injury and why I was still experiencing the pain, numbness, tingling I had in my leg. When we were discussing it, the only thing he did was lift my leg, and said oh you are still experiencing the pain. We left pretty annoyed that we wasted time, didn’t get answers so we went for a second opinion and got answers.

Came in w/ a Baker Cyst. Dr. Taarea was very friendly, knowledgeable & answered my questions. He drained my cyst & gave a steroid shot. No pain. Awesome at what he does! Will be back if necessary.

I brought my 89 yo father in to see Dr T for hip pain. After X-rays and exam Dr T told us that he doesn’t think the problem is with his hip, he thinks it’s with his back. So he sent him for more X-rays and discovered that my father had a terrible case of scoliosis that he has developed with old age. Dr T took his time with us and figured out what the problem was so that we could address the pain, since surgery was not an option. Today, my father is doing tons better.
