Recent visit
Dr. Sanders is a highly educated Board certified physician that our community is very lucky to have. He has reviewed my chart thoroughly before my arrival and has a plan of treatment to discuss with the patient. He is warm and kind and listens to you. When tests are ordered he is very specific when you need to complete them and exactly how to prepare for them. This is most unusual for a doctor to do this. Most of the time it’s 12 hours fasting and that is the extent of the instruction. He cares for complex patients who require written instructions in order to get the optimum from tests. He is so expert in his background that he can speak to your level of medical understanding. Your plan of care is doable ,understandable and always is agreeable to you.

My first visit with Dr. Sanders was so beneficial and informative it felt as though I had attended a course on diabetes geared just for me. I am learning so many practical tips on how to manage life with diabetes that are actually fun. He has the ability to explain this very complicated disease in plain English breaking it all down to an easy way to live with it. He simplifies the challenges and is so inspirational. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Sanders now in our community! Welcome!

Dr. Sanders is one of only a hand-full of doctors who spends time with you explaining the test results, the complications that COULD occur if no changes were made, how to improve your numbers with diet, exercise, education and medication. He is a very humble man who in just 2 appointments has earned my total confidence that between the two of us, we will keep my diabetes and thyroid under control. I would absolutely recommend him to any individual who suffers from diabetes or thyroid problems.
