Me and my husband know DR Levitz for many years. We used to visit his office in Brooklyn, now we see him mostly in Staten Island office. He is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring. Office is always clean and private, staff very helpful. We rely on Dr. Levitz opinion completely because he is very experienced professional physician, and we know him for years. His daughter is very knowledgeable and caring also. They both are very attentive and spend with each patient as much time as needed. We recommended Dr. Leonard Levitz and Dr. Lilia Levitz to our friends and they were very satisfied.

I submitted the release form to Levitz's medical office on 12/04/2018. During almost three weeks I called the office with reminder. They refused to do anything every time with no reason. On 12/19/2018 I went to the office and demanded my medical documents. Levitz called police, 4 police officers came to the office. Police made Levitz to release all my documents by EOD Wednesday 12/19/2018. Levitz and her stuff were unprofessional, rude and put my health under risk! Natalie Krel

Great doctor. Very knowledgeable & experienced. He does minor skin surgery in the office & it's pain free. He is also amazing at doing cosmetic procedures like Botox. I go to the Staten Island location. The office is very clean & privacy oriented. The office offers a lot of procedures like: sonograms, ekg, biopsy & blood work. My complaints are, I would like the front desk to know more about insurances & auths, speak better English & not to overbook. The wait time here, could be hours sometimes.

I was looking for a primary care physician in my area and I found this office close enough to my house. I walked in and was able to make an appointment right away without a wait. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped me change my PCP without a problem. Wait for the doctor was slightly long. Doctor Levitz was very thoroughly and attentive. He sent me to get a sonogram which was convenient since everything is located in one place. Overall, the wait time was long, but totally worth the wait
