I am a highly educated individual and deal with the most professional and most qualified medical professionals in Mobile, Alabama. It is for this reason I selected Dr. Caputo and I can say without any reservation that I have never had any questions or concerns with the care and treatments provided by Dr. Caputo. In addition to his quality care he possesses a most welcoming manner, excellent bedside manner, takes time to know who you are.

Very good experience. Never mind what some have said about Dr. Caputo's personality. Incredibly friendly, professional and good sense of humor. I schedule my appointments first thing in the morning. All doctor's offices are capable of getting backed up later in the day. I was pretty desperate by the time I saw him. Nothing had worked previously and now I've begun allergy shots. He offered assurances if initial attempts didn't work. He cares unlike many robotic doctors I've experienced.

After waiting 2.5 hours and subsequently walking out, Dr. Caputo called us on the phone to apologize. I've never had a doctor do that. He asked us to come back promising to see us immediately. We did go back and are pleased with Dr. Caputo's attention, knowledge and humbleness. You may still have to wait a bit and the office is freezing cold, but he is a nice guy. I gave him one star on my first review. I'll take that back and replace it with four stars.

Dr. C is one of the best around when it comes to not just treating problems but also preventing them as often. I have been seeing him since I was 4 or 5 and at age 33 still see him due to severe asthma and allergies. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to explain how and why things are happening and also what each type of medication is to do and how it works.

My hold day was wasted. I was there in his office for over 4 hours. I never seen such foolishness in all my life. I have Blue Cross Insurance that I pay for weekly. the wait time is his office you would think it was free or at least discounted what a Joke !!!! take a lunch and dinner if you plan on seeing this doctor.

I have gone into the office twice and both times I was waiting for more than an hour just to be seen. The staff was very nice and apologetic but Dr. Caputo was very distracted. He rambled on a lot and didn't really give me a chance to say much. My first appointment, I was there for more than 4.5 hours and I was late for work. The staff is nice but it is not enough to make up for the ridiculous wait time and Dr. Caputo's flighty and inattentive manner. And being closed on Mondays is inconventient

He is not focused at all. A little creepy! His staff are very inconsiderate and non caring. Took forever to get test results back after calling his office numerous times and my issues were never resolved. Dr Caputo and his staff totally wasted my valuable time. Find another doctor don't waste your time with him.

He was very good with my 6 year old. My son is very shy and doesn't love going to the doctor. Dr. Caputo took the time to out to make my son feel comfortable before he examined him. He also explained to him what to expect. He also listened to my option on the matter. He didn't push any unnecessary testing. I really liked him. All the staff was also very nice and patient.
