I have found Dr Bridges staff very efficient, knowledgeable, kind and always going to listen. Sometimes I do have to wait up to an hour. I believe it's because they're giving great care to their patience and not just rushing them out.

Just had an appointment scheduled for my first visit was at the office for more than an hour and fifteen minutes and never saw the doctor. Had the receptionist refund my copay and walked out. Was informed by staff that it was the norm for him to be running more than an hour behind. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have all day to waste.
