Dr. Bienkowski patiently provided answers to many questions I had been saving up for the appointment and gave reassuring feedback about issues I have been experiencing. He was proactive and comprehensive in the next steps of care including prescribing appropriate medicine to help me.

He made me regret making visit. He was very dismissive and almost looked upset to be in the room with me. I was never contacted with my lab results, though I’d my referring physician contact their office, “a nurse” never called me as they were informed. Never again!

I have been a patient at this practice for 25 years. Dr. Bienkowski is always calm, attentive, warm and wise. He never makes me feel rushed or self-conscious. I find it very easy to talk to him. He is always up to date on the most current medical information, as well as possessing the wisdom and confidence borne of years of practice. He cares about me as a patient and as a person. Even after all the patients he has seen across many years, when I am in his office, he gives me his undivided attention and listens to my individual needs.

I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bienkowski! I am a middle aged woman and was having a really rough time with menopause. I was looking for someone with advanced expertise in the area of hormone therapy, and I found him. Dr. Bienkowski was very thorough in explaining my options and I feel that he has very carefully monitored my progress and adjusted my dosages. I have been on hormone therapy for 2 years now and I feel so much better! His office staff is very nice & helpful.
