When the doctor started writing my pharmacy on a napkin I should have known things were going to go south. By the time I got to my pharmacy to pick up the medications I was prescribed by Dr. Scrimmager, there was nothing to be filled. This was 5pm on a Friday and after multiple calls to the answering service, voicemails, and emails, no one responded until Monday morning. All I got was a "sorry for the delay". By this point 60 hours had gone by after seeing the doctor and I was left without medication. Good thing I was not dying. In addition- the office then called the prescription into the WRONG pharmacy. I have been going to this practicer (definitely not seeing this doctor) for over 10 years. I will surely be looking to go elsewhere.
