I wouldn't recommend this guy for your dog. He has the personality of a crab. Sorry Crabs.....

They still ask you to put masks in the office and take your temperature to see if you have a fever as if this was March 2020. That being said, the doctor is knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him.

My provider listened to everything I had to say. He gave me the right drops to cure my ear infection. After suffering for a few weeks I felt great right after my first visit. Very gentle. I saw Dr. Chen for an issue inside my nose after my general practitioner referred me. The office staff is very pleasant but do not arrive late! I was there on time but I did see a few patients turned away because they had missed their appointment time. I only waited about five minutes before seeing Dr. Chen; he was very personable and asked me lots of questions about the problem and did a thorough exam. I saw some negative reviews about him moving too fast, but I think he's just the kind of doctor who wants to get to the root of the problem right away.

Listened to my concerns, accurately identified and remedied my medical issue, and gave sound, easily understood advice for my general health.

Long wait for this fast talker. Quick to talk before we finished talking. Did not seem to specialize in kids.

I went to see Dr. Leon Chen yesterday for a few reasons. I have been experiencing headaches and some discomfort inside my nose. I was also concerned about possible hearing loss. Dr. Chen investigated each of my complaints by giving my a comprehensive check-up that included additional tests for my ears and my nose. I really appreciated how much time he took to listen to my concerns and also administer additional tests. I was given a prescription for my nasal drip and plan to see Dr. Chen again soon. The most efficient doctor's appointment I've had in a while.

I was seen by Dr. Leon Chen last month, and it was honestly one of the best doctor visits I've ever had. Dr. Chen made me feel comfortable and took his time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. He made it a point to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel well taken care of. He was extremely personable and easy to talk to. Dr. Leon Chen is an all-around amazing doctor. I went in feeling anxious and nervous, but left extremely relieved. I will definitely be returning to see him in the future.

Dr. Chen could not have been more condescending or dismissive of my concerns. I went because I have been having constant throat infections (like 8 this year). He told me it was not infected and that what he saw was just tonsil stones, although It was streaked with white. He actually laughed at me when I told him I get high fevers after a few days, and did not even take my temp until asked. Sent me home with nothing and I had to go to urgent care the next day with 103 fever and severe pain.

I've been seeing Dr Chen for my ENT issues for the last several years and have never had a problem with him. He is plain spoken and knowledgable about whatever ENT issues I have had. I also did not have to wait a long time for him once I was in his office.
