Dr McCafferty's skill always exceeds expectations and his reputation is well deserved! He and his staff's caring follow-up is unprecedented as I can attest. This is my 2nd cosmetic surgery with Dr McCafferty. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do my facelift. With his detailed- oriented,  patient and knowledgeable staff it is a professional environment with excellent care yet a personal touch. You know that 24-7 support is available and after only a week I'm amazed at the pain-free results. Dr. McCafferty and his staff are a shining example of excellence in cosmetic surgery but more importantly in patient care, addressing all questions and alleviating all concerns. I could not be happier withy results!

I am totally satisfied with the results of my under eye surgery. Justin Williams, MD was my surgeon and he and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I consulted with two other surgeons who apparently weren't aware of the latest techniques and surprisingly, were more expensive. Highly recommend this practice if you are considering plastic surgery.

Dr. McCafferty is both an amazing surgeon and a fantastic person. When I met him for a consultation for breast augmentation back in 2010, it was my first visit to see a plastic surgeon. Often times, there is a stigma about plastic surgeons and their office atmosphere. That was not the case. I never once felt uncomfortable or out of place from the day of my initial consultation through this very morning when I went back for a checkup. Both my results and entire experience as a lifetime patient with Dr. McCafferty have been above and beyond what I expected (he has set the bar). He truly cares about all of his patients. He’s a warm and humble person, calm and caring, extremely knowledgeable and always personable. His work is outstanding and he has received several awards to this point. My surgery results 12 years later are still perfect. I never had one single issue or concern pre or post surgery. I will continue to refer everyone I know!

My experience with Dr. McCafferty and his staff lived up to their exemplary reputation. From the onset, Dr. McCafferty carefully listened to my goals and concerns. He described his surgical plan in detail (twice) and patiently answered my questions. I recently underwent breast augmentation surgery and selected Dr. McCafferty as my surgeon after reading wonderful reviews and several first hand accounts of amazing experiences. My consultation was fast, thorough and collaborative and booking was quick and they even were able to move up my surgery to accommodate an upcoming trip and ensure ample recovery time. Dr. McCafferty’s recovery regimen was straight forward but allowed me to be off of pain meds day 2 and resume almost all regular activity between 1 and 3 weeks post op. My results are GORGEOUS and exceeded my expectations in every way. Cannot recommend him enough!

I was told I needed to lose weight before I can get breast reduction. When I told them I didn’t want to lose weight I was dismissed. They did not consider how my large breasts could affect me exercising because of how large they are nor did they consider how much they weighed. They made sure to announce that I would not be scheduling another appointment to the lady at the front desk in the hallway which was humiliating. Would not recommend to anyone who is fat. Fat people deserve respect and to be listened to. This practice does not even try.

Dr McCafferty is #1 in my book. I was looking for my breasts to be back to where they were before three children. Another doctor just wanted to put in size D implants but Dr. McCafferty suggested to have a Mastopexy. This is where the breasts are positioned back to where they started, not just filling in the stretched skin. I AM SO HAPPY!! He did a fabulous job and my only regret is I waited almost two years to have the procedure done after my consult with him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
