Terrible PCP
I been with this PCP for a few years and I dislike coming to Valleywise Health because she did not care about the well being of her patients. She did not answer my questions I was concerned about. She never called back about test results that weren’t good. She was not informative and the appointments went quickly without getting the things done I needed or was concerned about. Do not recommend if you want and need to know more about yourself.

Lets me suffer in pain for 10 weeks
Would not see or give me meds for bad gallbladder pain. Instead she expects me to wait until I can have surgery and the initial appointment is not for 8 weeks. I would give zero stars if I could, worst doctor I have ever seen by far in 3 continents.

She misdiagnosed me and was so stubborn about it. She skipped the referral multiple times. She always forgets to consult the new prescription with you, and comes late & rushes every time. Having a medical degree doesn't make you a doctor, Dr. Encinas, having integrity and showing empathy and sympathy is far more critical.
