Dr. Leland Stoddard Jr, MD

My 11 year old came in with a broken leg and improperly applied cast that cut her leg--not his fault. Dr. Stoddard cuts the cast off and holds my daughter's leg in his hand as the cut is bleeding and she is crying out in pain. I ask him to be gentle as she was only 11 and he muttered something like, "She'll be okay." His bedside manner is lacking. Maybe he reserves his best for others, but we did not see it. The follow-up appointments were with Laika (not sure if that is spelled correctly). She is amazing and gentle.

I saw Dr Stoddard for right thumb pain. I felt it was about average wait time and staff very pleasant. Dr Stoddard was kind, professional and listened to my concerns. All of my questions were answered and the Dr did not rush my visit. I have a follow up appointment to schedule my surgery which I trust will be successful.

Dr. Stoddard has been my Orthopedic surgeon since 1999. Having Ehlers-Danlos makes surgeries on me a bit challenging, but he always does a fantastic job! I completely trust him and admire the fact that if he's a little unsure of how to best handle my "stretchiness", he does his research. I have had many, many surgeries in my life, and have seen multiple doctors and by far I think he's #1!!!!

I like & trust him as a doctor, but My first appointment go rescheduled 3 times. On the third time I signed in and sat there for 45 minutes before I was told that he wasn't in and would not be in that day. My last appointment was scheduled at 9:40, I was taken back 10:50. His staff needs to do a better job with HIS patients.

Very caring. Will take the time to answer all questions. Great surgeon.

Very upsetting expirence! I was literally in and out and he seemed bothered at the fact I was asking questions. It's not everyday your 3 year breaks and arm. Excuse me for being concerned:( I had No trust in him!
