Exceptional physician ,very detailed
Dr McCluskey found issues that were missed at a large clinicI went to before. Thanks to him my quality of life is much better andcan walk without a cane or brace after 11 yrs and 3 surgeries elsewhere.. Very caring and detailed..Answered questions and printed out x rays and mri films so he could show me and explain the issues I was dealing with and what to do to improve things.

Ridiculous wait time
I was told to arrive 1/2 hour before my appointment because I was a new patient. I waited 1 hour in the main waiting room and overheard several patients complaining of long wait times. I then was taken to the back office to see the doctor and was told that there wasn’t a room available. They put me into a large room with 5 beds in it and I waited for over another hour. I think the room was for inpatient treatments or procedures. I sat in a chair next to a bed listening to more patients complain about their long wait. After over 2 hours in total wait time I finally gave up and left without seeing the doctor. I will never go back. Nobody checked on me or gave me any update on my wait time or how much longer it would be. I finally went looking for the nurse and was told that the doctor was with a patient and then there was another patient after that for the doctor to see before it was my turn. Unbelievable and ridiculous to treat patients this way.

Three Hours Late
Surgical patient arrived at 6:30, by 7:15 the patient was ready, foot blocked by anesthesiologist, and family was notified, “we’re simply waiting for the doctor, but he’s late most days.” Dr McCluskey did not arrive to the clinic until 9:45. No emergency foot surgeries, no apologies, just arrive when you want to doctor! This is unacceptable when you’re placing your well being in his hands for help.

I was born back in 1951 and both my feet where clubbed. Over the years my feet got worse Saw several doctors all of them wanted to surgery right away surgery on my feet Saw Dr McCluskey. He said when I could not walk then surgery. So in I think Feb 2013 had my right foot done then had left foot done in Oct 2013. Had to have a couple of surgerys after that. But Dr McCluskey and staff are awesome I can now walk thanks to Dr. McCluskey and staff. Thank you so much
