She is always very friendly and makes sure I know what is going on. Dr. Tuanquin-Gonzalez is always sure to go over my chart with me, answer any questions, as they arise, and is sure to keep all of my other doctors in the loop (as well as looking over what they've done/noted) She's very easy to reach and has always gotten back to me quickly. She really listens and takes into consideration what I want as well as what I need. I have never waited very long at my appointments nor ever felt rushed.

Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor, but she is not very warm. Her bedside manner and empathy need improvement. In addition, it is very difficult to get a timely appointment. However, she is always on time and her nurses are very kind and welcoming. I trust her with my health because she reads my file and stays up to on my specific situation. I never feel rushed. She is very thorough.

she talked to as if I were her most important. My first time patient and she had reviewed my history before she entered the room. Knew which questions to ask. Told me were to go next and who to see and what I needed to do now. Plus she has a wonderful sense of humor.

She used to be my General Physician. However, I got tired of taking half a day off work to wait for over an hour-and-a-half to see her for 15 minutes. She's not very thorough and comes off as very timid - not an ideal characteristic of a doctor. When asking her questions about medications she's recommending, she takes it as an insult.
