Poor care poor response time
Poor response time on the patient portal. Told me one of my lab tests would be much higher than mine if I had bone metastasis. I did have bone metastasis and she’s a DO! She recommended the oncologist I had and he also missed and was not treating my metastatic cancer. Her staff called me about another patient’s injection and I told them that it wasn’t mine. I was not supposed to get any injections. Said they’d call me back and never did. Stay away from lees summit family care.

My visit with Dr. Koleiny was wonderful! Everyone that took care of me in the office (front desk, nurse, doctor, lab team, scribe, check out table) were kind, empathetic, and welcoming. I've never had this great of an experience at a doctor's office and will be returning here for any of my medical needs in the future, as well as recommending Dr. Koleiny and her staff to all my family and friends!

I had my first visit with Dr. Koleiny today. My visit with her was great, like talking to a friend about things friends talk about! She addressed my concerns, medication needs, medical history, etc. Ordered labs that I can have done right there in the office. To be honest, I have never felt more comfortable with my doctor ever. I am so glad I found her and will be referring my family members to her. Plus the office staff was so kind and friendly.

This was my first visit to this office and I was very impressed. I work for HCA also, and everyone from the front office staff to the checkout person was wonderful. So warm and kind, I think I was thanked at least 4 times for coming in. Dr. Koleiny was very kind and answered all my questions and concerns. Great practice.

Dr Koleiny is an exceptional doctor. She listens, she explains, she is kind and compassionate and always has a plan. The outer office staff is exemplary—-helpful, thorough and very nice. Nurse great too. Best medical office I’ve ever been apart of.

I really like Dr. Koleiny. She's easy to talk to even with the most sensitive of issues. You can also reach her and request refills through their portal, that's a huge plus! Her staff is also fabulous!

I would highly recommend Dr. Koleiny or any of the Doctors in her group. Dr. Koleiny is warm and welcoming - never in a hurry. My 88 year old Mother, 2 Sisters, 2 Daughters and my Son all go to this group. We see 3 different Doctors and have the same opinion - they treat you like Family!!

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Koleiny. The staff is fantastic and very friendly and helpful. Her nurses are excellent!! Dr. Koleiny is amazing. She talks to you in plain simple language so you understand EVERYTHING. She takes her time with you. We never feel rushed. We are so very happy we came to see her the first time and she is stuck with us now!!

My old doctor would make me wait in the waiting room for at least 20 minutes or more before bringing me into the exam room to which I would wait another 20 minutes or more just to see my doctor who would rush me to be done. Not here!! I waited in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes and Dr. Kolieny came into the exam room within seconds of talking with the nurse. She took her time getting to know me and talking to me about what was going on. She is very down to Earth and fun.
