Disappointed
After waiting for over an hour for my first appointment with Dr. Kosandal, she came in and gave me an attitude after seeing my frustration. This set the tone for the rest of the appointment. Dr. Kosandal spent a total of about 10 minutes with me, she barely asked me any questions about myself before sending me to get lab work done. On top of the lack of interest, she didn't even explain to me where to go to get my lab work done. I looked lost walking around the building trying to figure out where to go since I had never been with a Kaiser doctor. Overall, I felt disrespected and devalued. I wanted a doctor who would care for my health and my family's, but it was clear that Dr. Kosandal had no interest in truly caring for a new patient and her family.

My experiences with Dr. Kosendal has been n still is one of the best experiences with a doctor i have had. She is very patient, attentive, and makes you feel like she cares about your visit and/or your problems. Wait time has never been beyond 15-20 mins to get in to see her and the wait time in the back room is fairly quick. In addition to all positivity about Dr.K, her staff is fabulous from nurses to front desk. My top review: 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you.
