Dr. Khaitan did my surgery. From the 1st visit to the follow-up post-op, she and her team were professional, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions from beginning to end. Everything was very well explained to even the smallest in detail. My healing process has gone very smoothly without complications. I highly recommend Dr Khaitan and her staff at University Hospitals.

Found Dr Khaitan thru Orbera website for weight loss balloon procedure. Terrible experience. Called multiple times over 3 week period to schedule consultation, pre-op and procedure dates. Support staff completely incompetent. Was repeatedly told “will have to get back to you” as Dr manages multiple offices and staff can’t coordinate appts. Offered to come in anytime at any office b/w 10/17-12/31 except holiday weeks and they couldn’t accommodate. Called another office in Columbus and was immediately scheduled, provided virtual consultation and emailed paperwork same day. Scheduled pre-op visit before Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend not using Dr Khaitan given her staff incompetence.

She tells you like it is!! If you don't follow her program she will let you know. Love her,she is a great Dr. She don't play games. I wish I could have the surgery but my heart won't handle it.

Dr Khaitan is Brilliant! She is very knowledgeable in her field of work. I 've been please with the surgeries that I needed to have, and blessed, to have her as my surgeon. I have and will recommend her again and again.
