I was referred to him for possible incision and drainage on my leg. He listened to my concerns and did least invasive treatment first by putting me on the correct antibiotics and it healed right up and all is good now!

Dr Nichols is an amazing surgeon! I had to have my gallbladder removed back in 2015 and then I had to have an emergency appendix removal this year and didn’t want any other surgeon to do it and he came in on his weekend off and got it done! I have also have had a pain and no other doctor could give me an answer to what it is but Dr Nichols did and is correcting it on Friday! I don’t want any other surgeon! He is amazing!

Dr. Nicols performed parathyroid surgery and surgery to remove thyroid cancer. Very competent, caring doctor. Easy to talk to. His staff is great as well.

Dr. Lee Nicols has taken care of my dad and mom, so when it was time for me to have surgery, he immediately performed surgery. He is caring and listens. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs surgery.

If you want a top notch surgeon then Dr Nicols is your person! When I first went to Dr Nicols I was about on my death bed! He was my surgeon for three major surgeries within a 5 month period! He and his medical staff were fabulous. They took great care of me and I can’t say enough good things about Dr Nicols. He is so kind and the best bedside manners. He truly cared about my wellbeing and kept his promise on making me better! Thank you Doc, you are the best in my book! I really want to give him a 10 Star!

Dr. Nicols performed a colon resection to repair a fistula I had developed between my colon and bladder. He was professional, unhurried and caring in his manner. His assistant Courtney Wright was also excellent.

Dr. Nicols is an excellent surgeon and physician. He truly cares about his patients. He is compassionate and caring. Not many doctors call to personally check on you after surgery and during your recovery. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Nicols!

Dr Nichols has consulted on my GI issues several times and has always been very compassionate and through. My youngest son ended up having Emergency Gallbladder surgery last year and Dr Nichols was awesome to him & me. Nothing like having your 15 y/o go into surgery and your right by yourself but Dr Nichols made sure I knew (face to face) he was okay and checked in on us several times that weekend. I highly recommend Dr Nichols. Good Ol’ Country Boy with a genuine compassion for his patients

Dr Nicols spent a great deal of time with me, wasn't pushy, and really helped me to understand what was going on with my body. He checked on my after my surgery multiple times. I definitely felt he cared. I felt I wasn't in competent and caring hands

Received poor results from surgery that I had in 2016..do not have good bed side matters... did not explain the procedure if the surgery before or after..called his office for problems occurring day after and no contact back with me had to go see my primary doctor who call his office saying that I need to see him. Several complications occurred and he would not consultant. Would not recommend him at all!

Dr. Nicols is an unbelievable surgeon. He made me feel immediately at ease. I have never had a doctor take so much time explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery! Again, I cannot say enough great things!

I had a surgery done on my ovaries 2 months prior to seeing Dr. Nicols.. and after that surgery, I had a nurse tell me I think you have melanoma on your stomach, get to a dermatologist asap and get it tested..well I never had time to go to one before seeing Dr Nicols and getting my gallbladder removed..he removed that mole WITHOUT my consent and NEVER got it tested.. now i have new suspicious spots growing and i have no idea whether or not to be concerned considering he never tested that spot
