If I could choose zero stars I would. My elderly father was referred and advised to follow up with this person in 2–3 days by the ER. This dr has no one answering her phones—just a recording to leave a message and someone will call back within 48 hrs. I had to call 5 times over 4 days before anyone called back. Then when my dad asked if she would be removing the catheter she YELLED, “NO, I AM THE DOCTOR, NOT YOU. IF YOU DONT LIJE MY DECISION, YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.” My dad said he was sorry for asking and he had no idea what he’d done wrong but the screaming banshee continued to berate him for not being in good health and his primary care dr. as well. No 81 year old patient should be verbally abused by a so-called professional. This woman is a nutcase.
