This doctor recommends surgery (balloon) sinusplasty and it's been the worst experience still suffering from this

Please find another ENT. Staff is unnecessarily rude and incompetent. Very difficult to receive all of your medical records. Constant recommendations for unnecessary in office diagnostics not covered by insurance. Will rarely see Dr. Mandel and will schedule appointments with his assistants. This place is a money pit.

Very bad experience with the front desk. They never answer the phone. When they do, they say they will check and get back to you, but nothing happens. Very unprofessional team, all the worst for them.

I underwent a procedure for snoring and still snore to this day. The procedure and anesthesia was suppose to covered by insurance but received a huge bill after. Terrible experience and office practices. Hopefully my personal experience will help others make the best decision for themselves

Dr. Lee Mandel is one of THE MOST caring and concerned doctors I have EVER met. I am not afraid to go to doctors for ailments. Many times, the appointments are rushed and do not feel thorough. That is not the case with Dr. Mandel and his staff. Dr. Mandel went above and beyond to help me understand what was wrong, options available, and ultimately, provided procedural care. I was referred to another ENT after an Urgent Care visit. I went, had several appointments, and just never got relief. I went to Dr. Mandel for a second opinion, and just never went back to the ENT I had been seeing for well over a year. I was very impressed, and, frankly, humbled by the care shown. CARE is important and Dr. Mandel and the staff are all awesome. EVERY experience with them was positive, professional, and above all else, they provided exceptional care. I have already recommended Dr. Mandel to two other people and will continue to do so. He is definitely one of the BEST!

Extremely thorough... From the moment I made the appt on the phone, to the rescheduling.

I have seen the PA and the nurse for allergy testing and they were both excellent. I will see Dr. Mandel in Teo weeks. So far, it’s the first ENT that schedules all the testing and diagnostics from the start, eliminating the need for multiple appointments. I also feel better after the treatments offered.

I had two procedures done with little to no improvement. . His office is more about charging your insurance for many useless follow up visits. GO FIND another ENT…..

Horrendous dangerous greedy dr

Dr Mandel and his staff could not be more professional you will never leave his care with a question about how you obtained or can treat your condition. This practice is so thorough it is refreshing to have this quality of care!!!! My personal thanks go out to the P.A's Sam and Erin and of course Bridgett along with the most patient front desk person that deals with me Ashley and an Office Manager and then some Charlotte!!!!!!!!!!

Had Baloon Sinoplasty Operation. Dr Mandel told me it will fix my with breathing and septum deviation. 3 months after operation exactly same issues. Still same deviated septum and left side blockage. Wasted money for the surgery. Not Honest.

I just asked Dr Mandel if he can work on my daughter . I wouldn’t put her in anyone’s hands without having the exceptional experience I’ve had with him . This man has changed my life . I couldn’t breathe day or night with sleep being impossible. 17 minutes of surgery and I’m a different man . Thank you Dr Mandel !!!!!
