Dr. Lee Forest, DO

The front desk professionals are amazing. They take the time to answer your questions. They do not rush you or push you to the side so they can attend the next person. When I leave the office I feel recharged and confident. I refer them without any doubts.

I have had Dr Lee Forest as my primary care physician since I was 40 (I am now 56). He has a terrific chair-side manner. His practice also includes extensive electronic documentation of all of the health-related factors in their patients lives. He tracks all of the other professionals I should see and makes sure I visit them. He is extremely friendly, a professional and VERY good at his job. I highly recommend his practice for you or your family. My three sons also go to him now and they feel the same way as me. Finally, he has become a concierge doctor, so you could have a unique arrangement with him for your healthcare to save you money and have him even more available to you and your family. (Ask him!)

Dr. Forest is very professional and courteous. He is knowledgeable and genuinely cares. Dr. Forest takes the time to listen and is never in a rush. So glad he is my Doctor.

Dr Forest has been mine and my family’s Dr for many years. He is a very competent and caring Dr who sets the patients care as his sole priority. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

Excellent professional, great staff, and a plus , Dr. LEE speaks Spanish and Portuguese, he does a beautiful job , working to bring health care possible to everyone , with a reasonable cost.

This is by far the worst primary doc to go to . There staff have the worst attitude and can care less about there patients. They also have issues refilling your medications. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. The Dr. is rude and can care less for his patients health . Honestly this is the most unorganized office i have ever been too.

Dr forest is great. The only Problem I have with them is, I'm on a medication I will be taking permanently and they never give me refills, I always have to take time off of work and pay for a visit to get my medication.
