Best Doctor
Best doctor I have ever seen during my time at UM. She would call me outside of business hours to check on me and update me. She was consistently and incredibly thorough. Although wait times sometimes were extended, it was because she was incredibly thorough in examination. I never minded waiting during my appointment to see her because I knew she was giving everything to the person before me. The absolute, most caring doctor with whom I have had the privilege of meeting.

Left Feeling Worse
Not good bedside manner. Consistently interrupted me, missed details and repeated my information back to me inaccurately. Made me feel ashamed and scared of very delicate issues that I had never received a formal diagnosis for, when I had scheduled a visit for something entirely different. Did not make me feel safe sharing further information, and promised to follow up but never did. Will be seeing someone else.
