The entire office is professional and kind. I always feel Dr. Odom listens to me and is concerned for my care. He is lighthearted and always finds a way to put a positive spin in everything. I really appreciate having such a kind soul as my doctor. The staff are kind, funny, and I feel like family.

Great doctor....some of the staff takes confidential information first hamd and talks the buisness to their family amd friends ive witnessed first hand....i wanted to report to hipaa but he is such a kind man i just stop giving my buisness

Dr. Odom's office staff was very friendly and courteous. I am not sure what happened to the people with the negative reviews, but each to their own. My son was a new patient and they made his appointment quickly. I don't mind the doctor spending time with their patients (it is personable). If you want quick non-personable service, then go to a walk-in clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Odom and his staff to anyone looking for a down-home doctor that will treat the patient and not just the symptom.

They take forever to answer the phone..it is slow as hell...the Dr takes forever to see patients cause he talks for 4 hrs just to one...don't recomend at all...DON'T DO IT!!!

If I could leave No stars that's what I would leave for his STAFF very rude and impatient over the phone very getto ratchet Are whatever you want to call it I really felt actually mad and hung up in her face I have seen him before and he is very nice but staff is awful if I knew her name I woulda post her name she was awful. And very unprofessional

I didn't like his attitude. I felt like I wasn't wanted there. They never called me to remind me of my appointment. I had to call them for the results of my ultra sound. I just felt unwanted there. I'll find a new doctor!

Never will recommend anyone especially family or friends. RUDE and unprofessional receptionist. Won't go there even though my life does depend on it. These people do not care.
