I called to place a telehealth visit on my chart on my 9th day of having cold-like symptoms. Yes, I’m a little hard headed. It was a Sunday night and this angel of a doc said to call my pharmacy that night. She wrote back and told me to contact them first thing in the morning and she was phoning in my meds over the weekend. No one should have to work that often, but wow am I glad to have her on my team! Thank you Leah Muthuri!!!!

Very prompt yet never feel rushed during appointment. Very available and impressive how quickly she responds messages left on the portal. Answers questions in a thorough and easily understood manner

I have had many primary care doctors in many states. I never write reviews but I am literally so impressed with this doctor that I have to give my true feedback. I feel like I am her only patient, she gets back to my messages within 24hrs. I travel alot out of state for work which complicates my meds and she immediately assists me EVERY single time,never leaving me hanging, and trust me, I typically am a last minute person, yet she comes through. Not sometimes, but has yet to not come through. I have nothing else in my life that I can say responds to me within 24hrs and fixes my issue, Typically a refill or even during covid being out of state and responding to me within hours when I had symptoms. Doctors are so important in our lives and I don't even expect the level of attention I get here but simply in awe of this doctor and her staff. I can't get this service in any industry let alone a healthcare provider. I am the luckiest patient on earth!!!
