My allergies always improve with the help of shots!

I have had regular six month interval appointments for the last three years. Have not seen Dr. Castillo in over two years. I've only seen his PA, Robert. Robert is ALWAYS 15 to 30 minutes late in sering me after my reserved time. Today was the last straw. I will not go back!

You need to get rid of Jamie! She is rude and unpleasant!! I could tell the minute she picked up the phone

I had an appointment in December 11, the wait was short. The staff was professional and helpful. Dr Castillo carefully listened to me, and following his instructions, I was delightfully surprised to see my symptoms disappear in 7 days. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I would never send anyone to Dr. Castillo. He ls egotistical, abrupt and not thorough, unfriendly, and unprofessional. When I asked for skin testing, he said he wouldn't do them because I have a bad reaction to antihistamines. Then he wrote me a letter kicking me out of his practice. I wonder why a sensitivity to antihistamines should prevent a Dr. from treating me in his office where he could administer Epinephrine in an emergency which is more appropriate than an antihistamine. ???????

I have been a patient of Dr Castillo's for over a year now and am very satisfied with his practice. His staff is very friendly and efficient. The shot specialist does a fine job with a very minimum of ouch.

Dr. Castillo is GREAT, Very thorough. His staff is not. When I got my testing done, the person doing it screamed when she saw my back and i thought there was something wrong...i found out i was the third person she had tested and there was no other supervision. That's bad...but not the worst. The office staff is AWFUL, in the 2-3 years going there, i NEVER received a pre-call for an appointment and was then charged for the missed appointment, even when my son was in the NICU. Stay AWAY!!!!!

The Front desk staff has been unfriendly since day one but within three months went to unacceptably horrible. Dr Castillo misdiagnosed me causing me two separate costly visits to the ER and hospital stay for a total of 9 days. And then instead of working on my treatment made me start all over with a second consultation because I was hospitalized. They refused to give me my weekly shots because I missed one doctor appointment. This means I would have to start shots all over again.

Very unfriendly. Does not seem to care about his patients.
