Dr. Lawrence Marks, DDS

I had a broken 2nd molar tooth causing me severe pain and needed it extracted, I was really worried about getting knocked out to have it removed but Dr Marks and his staff were very friendly and professional making the whole experience comfortable. He stitched up the extraction site very well and truly cares about his patients, the clerk in the waiting room was super sweet. Justin one of Dr Marks assistants, was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I healed up very quickly and was able to eat again without any pain in 2 days. Thanks again Dr Marks and staff, good people over there.

I had a good experience. I got all 4 wisdom teeth out and Dr. Marks was great. His staff is very nice too. I was very scared about the whole thing, but it ended up being just fine. Dr Marks was available anytime after my surgery for any concerns I was having.

Dr. Marks and the nurse my husband & I both had was Jessica. Both were absolutely fantastic. The level of compassion from both was above and beyond what we had expected. Dr. Marks did an amazing job with my husbands surgeries and my surgeries. We were pain free by the next day. We are so very thankful for their care and being so patient with me with my anxiety. And to know they were there for us day or night - even on weekends if we needed them was comforting. The receptionist called within a few hours of being home to check on both of us. I found that to be very sweet. We highly recommend Dr. Marks & his staff. They are amazing!!

From his displayed awards I was feeling confident until I actually met him. He repeated himself constantly in a lost train of thought, and was oddly belittling.Unfortunately he's the only local surgeon that accepts my insurance, so I was stuck. Despite having my wisdom teeth extracted I have large wounds throughout my mouth, my stitches go to my front teeth, and are DEEPLY placed, which hurt more than the extraction sites. On my follow up he noticed I still had root attached, and used suction with no anesthesia to dislodge it. Without a doubt the most brutal pain I've ever felt in my life, all the while he had the entire front half of his body, full weight resting on my face. He is not a small man, and has difficulty walking or even standing. I get the feeling he WAS a great surgeon, but is having some kind of medical, or mental issues now, which even the staff jokingly eluded to during my follow up. I've never been so baffled, and horrified by a Dr's unprofessionalism

Felt like he was going to fall asleep while talking to me. The follow up to my tooth removal took longer than it needed to because he just kept repeating himself. I won't be going back. It all made me uncomfortable. It might be time for retirement.

Hes very sweet and I love his receptionists. My work was fast and he’s very understanding. I would visit him for any problems.

I've been to him before for my two front teeth to be out the most outstanding job ever and a week ago had a bottom left wisdom tooth out April 2024 had my left bottom lower wisdom tooth out he was out of doubt the best job ever as usual from the gentleman he is the best out of them all been a very caring person and very caring staff they are all so wonderful I don't know what else I could say top notch all the way very caring thank you very much will always go to you

He and his staff did a great job so far cause I have to have my lower ones pulled next. Only thing that stands out to me is that he talks low and fast

Weirdest interaction I've had in a while. It was my first appointment. Never seen this guy before. Apparently I was supposed to call from the waiting area. He lectured me like a parent and called me illiterate. There is no receptionist and a tiny closet-like waiting area. If you get confused by the 15 signs by the door he will grill and belittle you. God only knows what he would have done to my teeth if I'd stayed.

Dr. Marks did a great job. I was very pleased with the staff who took care of me and I was wowed... I had an emergency issue with a lot of infection, and all went very well and fast. I was especially surprised and impressed that my insurance company called me and informed me of that I was being covered for the procedures that Dr. Marks recommended. Again thank you Dr. Marks and your staff for a great job!

Unbelievable on their refusal to reschedule an appoitment. I would have waited, and was willing to work with them, possibly pay for no canceling in the time frame, to get my son rescheduled, and they refused. He was near someone that tested positive and was put on quarantine, found out Wed evening from CDC, and was supposed to provide 48 hours notice, we did call Friday morning after we got everything settled, and it was too late. I understand policies, but when people are tryibg to work with you to have no flexibility, or openess is rediculious. Hope you never make a mistake and need assistance!

My experience with Dr Marks' office was great. His receptionist is kind and helpful. He is very good and has a great bedside manor.

Staff is the rudest and very incompetent. I was told to call back when i tried to reschedule and when i finally did a week later (because I work 40 hours and have a 2 yr old at home) I was told they couldn't take me because I was a no call which is absolutely false. Unbelievable! So after being in pain for months because it takes that long just to get a counceltation is rather just pay out of pocket.than deal with these idiots and be treated like crap. Have an appointment at aspen dental in a fee days! Thanks to the very polite nice women on the phone at ASPEN DENTAL

I have NEVER had such amazing care! Dr Marks AND his staff are the BEST! They think of things for your comfort from before the surgery til after. Wasn't home more than a couple hours and they've already called to check on me. Dealt with my other health issues and anxiety better than any other Physician in any specialty.

Dr marks is absolutely amazing he's done all my molars and wisdom he has an amazing sense of humor as well.

I was refered to Dr. Marks for a tooth extraction. I called to schedule an appointment and they asked hat kind of insurance I have. I replied, Medicaid. After that they determined that I was too far away from the office and "Dr. Marks requires that all patients be at least within a hours drive of his office". I pointed out to them that I am 56 minutes away according to Google Maps. She said, 56 minutes is an hour. They would not see me.

Terrible service, took two months to get in and then was told the dr wouldn't see me because 2 days before the day of the appointment I didn't confirm my appointment yet I was not called for a confirmation at all and when I asked why not, I was told it didn't matter and I would not be allowed to be seen. Regardless of constant agonizing pain and waiting 2 months for this Dr. Specifically. This was my first time ever scheduling and I was treated very badly even tho kept my composer and was nice.

personally i recommend Dr. Lawrence Marks, DDS he was awesome and did my surgery treats you as a whole person and listens to your concerns
