I have had vein treatments done in the past through other providers/practices that were disorganized and lacked high quality staff resulting in more bruising and less than ideal results. When I first came to the office, my legs hurt daily. The aching, heaviness, and numbness had just become a part of my routine with a twenty year nursing career, mom to three children (including a set of twins), and a strong family history of varicosities. My age is 38, but my legs told a much different story. I absolutely refused to wear shorts despite the temperature because I was so embarrassed of the way my legs looked. I would find myself sitting down as much as possible and even rejecting assignments at work and activities at home that included prolonged standing because I knew my legs would be throbbing with standing for more than a short time. After a thorough assessment with Dr. Markovitz and his team, it was decided that I would be a great candidate. I felt the team was highly efficient, professional, and meticulous. Dr Markovitz and his staff provided me with service that was a wonderful personal concern. They explained things to me that was not in a rush type situation that you get today from some doctors office.
