This is an office response to untrue statements by MARIN There are always 2 sides to every story Due to HIPPA regulations a specific and detailed response cannot be given in this forum There was a recent incident of concern with a disruptive patient that created a major disturbance for everyone in the office The family was unable to control the situation that was witnessed by staff and others We take pride in providing optimum Podiatric care to the residents of PASCO and HERNANDO for the past 46 years.

Bad Doctor!!
A bad doctor. He had no education or empathy for a special needs child who doesn’t speak English. My brother was having pain in his toenail and went to see this doctor for treatment, and all he received was a lack of manners and professionalism, with the doctor telling my brother to shut up and stop yelling in his office. At no point was my brother yelling at him; he was simply complaining of pain, as that was the only thing he could say due to being a child with a syndrome. Bad doctor!!!! TERRIBLE!!!

Wonderful and Caring Doctor
Dr. Kales and his staff are amazing. We have been using his services for about seven years. He has handled multiple issues with excellent results. His staff, and in particular, Angel, are the best. If you need a wonderful, professional and caring podiatrist, Dr. Kales will never let you down..

I have been going to Dr. Kales for over a decade. He has always addressed my concerns. Angel is the technician that I have also been seeing for that many years. I highly recommend both of them. I briefly say another podiatrist many years ago, but immediately returned to Dr. Kales practice.

Dr. Khales is a very good Dr. he is kind and takes time with each patient. i arrive with my nails hurting and rough. i leave felling great!! i been going to dr. Khales for over 10 years i never had a problem. All his assistants are well trained. the office is run very professionally

Hammertoe corrective Surgery
Excellent. Was considerate. Didn't rush to choose surgery. Bedside manner was very good and his staff were professional and courteous. Healing process was slow ( to be expected) but the result was well worth it. I am now pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Kales.

The best!
Follow up to serious injury to left big toe - dropped shelf on it and tore nail and insides down to the bone. Dr. Kales surgically removed the toenail and has kept close eye on my recovery for past 2 months. Due to his care I did not lose my toe. He made time for me immediately when accident happened and told me to make sure to contact him at any time if I needed to see him during the healing process. I have been a patient of Dr. Kales for 6 years now and wouldn't want to go to anyone else. He has seen me through neuropathy, broken bones in my feet and achilles injury. I now live 40 miles away from his office and still wouldn't change doctors! Staff is so friendly and personable and always ready to help.

Person to Person Type Doctor
Been seeing Dr Kales for well over ten years. I have had Type II Diabetes for over 35 years and the health of my feet are important. Have had multiple Dr's during this time and he is without doubt the best and most dedicated to my personal well being. GREAT DOCTOR.

follow up visit
Uncharacteristic of Dr. Kales, he made both my wife and I feel like a "rush job" since nothing was presented that caused him to pause and take notice. Pleasantries that normally were his trademark were absent during this visit. We were left with the impression that it was another day another insurance claim to be filed by his office. Hopefully, the next visit absent my spouse will fair much better.
