I can’t call him a doctor. He ruined my mom’s life by causing her addiction to pills! She was on 19 mind-altering drugs while in his care and only 2 were for psychiatric reasons! If you care about yourself or your loved one stay away!

I would recommend Dr. Banta to anyone with mental illness. He is kind, down to earth, and goes out of his way to help his patients. He has put me on the right medicines so that I can function well!

I've been seeing Dr. Banta for many years. He makes you feel comfortable because he listens to what you tell him. He is a calm, soft spoken man and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Banta has been a lifesaver. He has helped me through some very difficult times in my life. Best Psychiatrist ever! His staff is the best as well. They are also a BIG support as well. I was so grateful to find Dr. Banta when I moved here.

Dr. Larry Banta came highly recommended!!! I had a childhood disease that destroyed protection for my nerves. A C-section at childbirth left me seeking help for severe chronic pain. U of W Pain Center after extensive tests concluded no cure in my lifetime, I needed a local doctor THEY APPROVED of to oversee dispensing strong medications and guide me through the realization I would live in pain the rest of my life. I am a private person not looking to open up to anyone, but I had to find a doctor or would not receive medications. I could not have been more pleased when I took the recommendations of trusted physicians and made an appointment. Dr. Banta was a perfect match for me and 13 years later, I so look forward to my appointments with him. He listens well, is wise, kind & has guided me through so many things I have faced from a life filled with pain. He & his office guru Marilyn are mentors, angels, & why I am able to make each day special, smile, and love my tough life :)
