Bad Time Management

The few times my daughter actually got to see her she seemed nice. Her virtual appointment etiquette is severely lacking. Didn't receive a link. Called. Got a link at 10 minutes after appointment time. 2 mins later we were finally logged on. Waited over 30 mins in Zoom waiting room. Called was told she canceled us because we were 12 min late. Uhh duh.. no link sent til 10 min after appointment.

Very good doctor made sure my son participated in the appointment. Also got my side and she was very direct. I like a doctor that is straight to the point and includes the child. My son being a teen does not like talking with others but he enjoys and likes his whole team. Shout out to Child Guidance and Laurie. Thankyou for what you do!
