Uncaring and intemperate
Dr Kardon asked me who my primary care physician was. When I replied that I didn't have one at the moment, she spent five minutes excoriating me as if I were a five year old. Very scolding and zero interest in just WHY I didn't have a Primary Care physician or in me as a person or as a patient. She must be on the spectrum. In any case, I will not see her again under any circumstances. I suggest she throw in her stethoscope and spend quality time with her dogs.

Dr. Kardon was wonderful. I don't understand the negative reviews here. She was sensitive, explained clearly what she thought was happening, was understanding of my own (non-professional... -- though I am a researcher) attempts to diagnosis myself, and gave me a crystal-clear course of action. She was warm and had a great sense of humor. I wish I could have her as my PCP/GP!

Worst doctor I have ever been to - Dr. Kardon. Didn't say hello, didn't know my name, never smiled, no personality whatsoever. I felt like she could have cared less that I needed help. Office staff lost my urine sample other than that, they were pleasant. I had a reaction to the antibiotic this Dr gave me and I called the office at 9:30 in the morning and the nurse said she would have the doctor call me back. It is now 3:00 and I still have not received a call - this is an urgent matter on whether or not I should continue a medication and still no phone call, not that I am surprised. Now I know why she is an urgent care doctor...

The worse bedside manners! Very stale, no compassion and definitely not a friendly doctor. Came here for her to tell me I need to see a pulmonologist which I am aware of, however, I came here for an urgent visit! WOrSE DOCTOR! Would of rather gone to the ER before seeing her again.

A faulty diagnosis of hematuria by Dr. Kardon, due to her reliance upon a cheap and notoriously unreliable "dip stick" testing procedure (the use of which was acknowledged by her staff), was reported by Dr. Kardon to the FAA, in part, resulting in the failure of the medical examination, and necessitating additional consultation, examination and testing with a specialist who acknowledged Dr. Kardon's diagnosis was faulty due to her reliance upon the cheap testing procedure. Were I a commercial pilot, I would have been grounded and out of a job due to Dr. Kardon's faulty diagnosis. I would not recommend engaging this physician for any FAA medical.

Office was nice. Some of the staff was clueless. The doctor had a stale not carring attitude. I have received more compassion from a rock (program didnt like what i had written before). You can tell she is firmly planted in the back pocket of the workmans comp carrier. She gets paid well to side with them and screw the employee. I will never see this kool aide drinking company doctor again.
