She is not a very good listener in my opinion. She is emotionally (as apposed to logically) connected to her opinions. Even when you point out an obvious error in reasoning, she is not going to give it to you or acknowledge it to be a respectable point of view among her peers and the medical community. Being a little less idealistic and a little more pragmatic would serve her well.

Dr. Han-Conrad is an amazing doctor who takes the time to get to know her patients, and truly listens to their concerns. She is willing to go the extra mile to insure you are comfortable today and in the future. Our last experience with Dr. Han-Conrad was for a bee sting which caused a terrible allergic reaction for my daughter. Dr. Han-Conrad handled the immediate issue, then followed up on any other concerns we had, taking the time to just talk with my daughter to make her feel comfortable.

Instead of listening and trying to find out what's wrong with you, she goes off her intuition and tries to prove herself right. I do not feel I have been listened to at all, with multiple visits for different ailments.
