It scares me that she is allowed to practice. I feel guilty for allowing my mom to see her all these years. We are extremely lucky my Mom is still with us, as Dr. Joseph's lack of care and concern and general knowledge almost cost her her life. I will be filing a complaint. She is a very careless doctor.

I'm not normally one to leave nasty reviews but people need to know about this woman and how dangerous she is. My mom fell deathly ill after several appointments with her, hoping to get better. Laurene, a.k.a the devil, wouldn't let my mom come in for a physical appointment because she said they didn't have a way to protect staff from Covid...? So much for front line workers. We finally wised up after we left multiple messages and never heard back from her. We ended up in the ER for my mom and had we waited for Laurene to call my mom might not be here still. It's so sad and ridiculous that she is allowed to act like this. My sweet older mom trusted her and did what she said. I will never have anything good to say about her.

I am absolutely sick about the way this woman acts. She is never available and doesn't return messages or follow through will test results, which is extremely important when dealing with the sick/elderly. She doesn't listen to what the patient says or feels. She has been nothing but downright demeaning and I am disgusted that she is allowed to practice medicine. Stay far away from Laurene Joseph, far, far away.

My mom has been seriously ill for 4 weeks due to Dr. Joseph's careless nature. It is frightening to think she is responsible for people's health. My mom got severely sick and I left 3 urgent messages for Dr. Joseph to call us. She never did. It was impossible to get a hold of her. I finally put up a huge fuss to the hospital and the went and personally had her call me. She acted so disgusted and told me she had a schedule full of other patients. She was absolutely demeaning and rude. I will never understand how this woman is a practicing physician. Don't send your loved ones to her if you want to keep them healthy.

This doctor doesn’t follow through with lab results and is demeaning when dealing with family caregivers. Her lack of information, unavailability and thorough diagnosis has caused our family to be the sole decision/caregivers of my mother-in-law. We have now spent many agonizing hours admitting her to the hospital because of Dr. Joseph’s inability to get to the root of the problem. We will officially file a complaint with the hospital administrator.

Truly terrible! She is never in the office, never returns a phone call and she can’t even call you back after your tests to tell you the plan when she promises to call next day. It doesn’t matter how many urgent messages you leave. Very demeaning and seems as though she is just handing out treatments to appease people and just going to let them die. Horrible! Only see her if you don’t like yourself or your loved one very much!

My mom was a patient of Dr Laurene Joseph for about 1 year. My mom loved Dr Joseph, she trusted and followed the medical recommendations made by Dr Joseph. My mom was taken off medications and was instructed to follow up in 1 month with lab work then office visit. The lab work was done. Office visit was also scheduled. The office called my mom to reschedule follow up appointment 4 times with reasons being "Dr Joseph isn't in office this afternoon" or " personal reasons". My mom has yet to receive the results of her blood tests. On the positive side Dr Joseph was very accommodating on establishing my mom as a new patient on short notice.

My first meeting with Dr Joseph was good. I left feeling as though we were on the same page. My second meeting resulted in her speaking down to me and, even, being demeaning. I was shocked. I will not be returning to see her.
