I’ve been a patient of Dr Proctor for almost 10yrs now. I’m a permanent 100% disabled veteran and she has always made me feel comfortable and is very down to earth. I only thought of doing a rating/review bc I have an upcoming appointment with her and I just realized she’s probably going to retire within next few years. I want everyone to know she’s an amazing doctor and I feel lucky to have had her as my doctor the last decade
