Dismissive and Condescending
Absolutely dismissive and totally unempathetic to our concerns about a child with 105 degree fever. Decided Mom couldn’t do basic math which is absolutely not true, and once she’d decided that there was no other validation of temperature or root cause of illness. Actively giving inaccurate information regarding what is a high fever and dosing of OTC medications. Fortunately, we know better. But some other parents may not and she could cause real harm. Does not need to be working with pediatrics in any capacity. And should strongly reconsider her bedside manner.

Dr. Cooper is by far the best ER physician we've ever encountered. Technically good, and with a huge dose of common sense. Strongly recommend her.

Arriving at the ER in cardiac arrest, Dr Cooper and her team successfully resuscitated my husband with their quick, deliberate actions. Beyond her amazing life saving medical skills, Dr Cooper was patient and kind in her explanations to to me, a scared wife waiting alone. We are eternally grateful for her care! My husband says “Anyone that brings you back to life gets 5 stars in my book! “
