I was referred to this doctor after it was found out that I have a polyp in my uterus. The referring doctor said that the polyp was too deeply attached and that it could not be removed at the office it needed to be removed surgically. When I went to see Dr. Bouchard she said that wasn't true (before doing any examination) and she said she could remove it there and it would be 'painless'. I asked her how cutting something out of me would be painless she said 'it just was'. Which can't possibly be true. Especially because part of the procedure would have been (at minimum) to inject me, in the uterus with lidocaine which she also claimed was 'painless'. Then she said it didn't matter if I got the polyp removed or not because it 'probably wasn't harmful'. Once again, this was without examining me at all or offering an examination in the first place. The polyp is still in my uterus due to this and I have no intent of ever going back to get it removed.
