The best
Dr. Garcia is the best. I don't see him anymore after moving away from the area but he is the most caring doctor I have been to. Yes, waiting and scheduling can be frustrating, but that is because he is not seeing you for 5 mins and sending you off.

Waiting room is always very crowded. People are packed like sardines. Don’t know how he can give anyone a thorough check up. My senior mother has extremely swollen feet and is always short of breath. Classic signs of Heart failure . He doesn’t know what is wrong. Had to call and insist he give her referral for a specialist.

The staff was completely UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, its ridiculous that in the health profession staff can be so uneducated and disrespectful. No consideration for the patients, have you sitting there for ever even if its for a prescription pick up. Will never recommend this place to anyone from bad experiences with my grandmother. Lack of knowledge and just simply need staff that are professional and willing to work.

My mother and grandmother have gone to this Dr. and received adequate care from the physician however, the women he has working at the front desk are rude beyond definition. They mocked and laughed at my mother because she asked for presciptions to be faxed to a different pharmacy. This all after she was placed on hold for over 10 minuets. Sadly, this was not an isolated incident, they are always rude when you call or visit the office.

My parents are senior citizen and are treated by Dr Laureano Garcia in Philadelphia Pa. I am so tired of the laziness and ineptitude from the people in that office, we have been calling the doctor at his office to ask a simple question in reference to my mother medication and many times they don't answer the phone, when they do they place you on hold or they tell you that will be returning your call and they never do, the samething that they have done in the passed. ....
