Nice Doctor; Disorganized Office
Dr. Walton appears to be a very kind person. However, the office where she works is disorganized and the staff seems disinterested.I had apt. for some trouble I am having with my feet. Walton examined me and gave me a referral order to see a specialist. Walton's office told me to wait to hear from the MD at the referral site. Seven days later I still have not heard from anyone. So I tried to make the appointment myself. Apparently, I am not allowed to. Today, I tried to call Walton's office to explain that I cannot make appointment as the MD I was referred to did not have any of my paperwork. I had to call back repeatedly as I was disconnected two times. When I finally reached somone, I was put on a long hold and then told the office I was referred to was 'Closed.' The referral records at this office are not up to date and it is difficult to get assistance at this office. My confidence in this service provider has dissolved.

Great bedside manner
Dr. Walton was professional and knowledgeable. She explained my treatment options for my foot pain and shared her own personal experience, making her relatable and compassionate. I did not feel rushed during my appointment, nor did I feel pressured to pursue treatments that I did not want at this time, but could consider for later. She was wonderful! If you’re considering scheduling an appointment, you should, you won’t be disappointed. I learned many new things at this point. It was worth the money spent to have peace of mind with her years of knowledge and experience.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Walton and her staff at Atlantic Foot and Ankle. I had a serious injury that needed prompt care and Dr. Walton was able to see me immediately. She provided thorough and professional treatment. I felt she clearly explained my injury and gave me every option to facilitate a speedy recovery. She got me back to work without skipping a beat. Any problems arise with my feet or ankle in the future I will go immediately to Dr. Walton.

Dr. Walton performed surgery on me. She relieved my pain that I had for years. Great bedside manner and a skilled surgeon. Would highly recommend to anyone with foot problems.

Dr. Walton has excellent bedside manners. She takes her time in explaining medical terminology so it’s easier for a patient to understand. She helped fix my foot and I’m so grateful I found her!

Dr. Walton is an extremely competent physician with a great personality, sometimes rare for surgeons. Her staff is efficient, friendly and has a “get the job” done attitude which is extremely appreciated by patients (certainly this patient). I would highly recommend her! Deanna B Daytona Beach Shores
