I called to ask if they received a referral from my doctor and the person that answered the phone was so rude, I said thank you and hung up.

Poor treatment
From the beginning Dr Tunke has never once looked at my foot. She prescribes what she knows she is legally able and no more. She does not care if prescriptions run out and I am left with nothing but to deal with the pain. The phone person who is not a certified nurse gives her opinion which I have not asked. When I ask to speak with the nurse I am put on a long hold only to be left with a leave message voice mail. Dr Tunke is afraid from the years ago south Florida narcotic episode to the extreme she does not care about individual patient justwhat will cover herself. That amounts to a dr that is by the numbers not the person. She needs to get back to people not what benefits her only.
