I have been waiting 2 hours and she took people that came in after me because she knew them. I have an appointment at 830 and someone she knows shows up at 950 for their 10am appointment and she takes them first? Super rude and unprofessional. She still has me waiting going on an extra half hour in this patient room. I understand that doctors book a lot of appointments to make money but where do you draw the line?

Every time I visit Dr. Soto I have the best experience! Her staff is so polite but most importantly, the Dr. is very thorough and friendly, takes her time to answer all my concerns and is so incredibly proactive about my care. I love her approach to wellness and trust her 100%. I absolutely would recommend her to family and friends

Dr. Soto is the sweetest and most knowledgeable Doctor I've met in a while! She actually takes her time to ask questions and find out your medical history, without rushing you or making you feel like a number. Her bedside manner is amazing! The staff is warm and welcoming, both over the phone and in person. Dr. Soto was so understanding when I had to take my 2 year old daughter to the appointment because I couldn't find a sitter and my daughter was fascinated by her!! I recommend her to everyone

I've been so fortunate to have found an amazing doctor!! Dr. Soto is the most compassionate, caring physician I have ever met! Her Office is clean, her staff is friendly, and I was seen pretty quickly. They were even kind enough to squeeze in my husband last minute. I highly recommend Dr. Soto!

Your office staff is completely incompetent. Not only did they try and change my grandfather's appointment the day before his actual appointment and argued with my mother (his primary caretaker) that she was incorrect about the scheduled time but when she got there your nurse had the nerve to call her attention in a very disrespectful and rude manner in front of other patients in the lobby. I have never heard of anyone more unprofessional in the medical field in my life. My grandfather is 94 yea
