Dr. Sherman is a great doctor, never had a problem with her, yes she did go on an extended absence for personal reasons. She is practicing and is currently writing prescriptions. Don't believe all the rumors you hear they are not true. she has relocated to Goodyear off of Estrella pkway and Roosevelt.

Dr. Sherman first was on a leave for a month or two, which than turned into a permanent leave. I understand she has to do what she has to do, but leaving her dropping us with no warning, no referrals or filling Rx is unacceptable. Her assistant never called to let me know any of this, I've learned everything from calling them and listening to messages. I've never seen a professional, especially with the lives of her patients in the balance. Her license needs to be revoked for this.

Dr. Sherman took a extended leave of absence without any warning. I know that life happens and things come up. However, she left all of her patients high and dry with no covering physician or referrals. I was left without any refills on my prescriptions, high and dry. To get in with another dr takes months, what are you to do in the meantime? Apparently suffer. This is a terrible thing to do to a client. Total lack of professionalism, care and understanding.

Just got a call from her assistant after trying to get refills for over a week-- the Dr. Is not writing prescriptions or refills, she is cancelling all appointments, & apparently is not practicing anymore. No referrals, no nothing. This could land me in hospital if I don't get my meds. refilled.. No warning at all. It's called abandonment & calls for sanctions from the board. Really liked her a lot so am doubly hurt. No stars but I hope she is okay.

She went on extended leave, her assistant did not call to let me know that my appointment was cancelled or to refer me to a new psychiatrist. Her assistant is very adamant that she called me, however I never received a call. I refused the referrals as I would not go to any doctor that Sherman recommends. She was hard to get in contact with when trying to schedule an emergency appointment -- which was still two weeks out of the emergency. All together a not professional environment.
