Front office staff no response
Dr Ray is Great but the front desk is disorganized. May or never get a phone call back.

Office situation telehealth
I have NEVER felt rushed I have only felt Dr. Ray took the time to listen to my concerns. She is understaffed at the moment that doesn't mean her loyalty and concern for each and every patient isn't a concern to her. She is doing the best she can do at this time do to staffing. I give her a FIVE STAR rating.

Loved Dr. Ray
Sadly, I believe Dr. Ray’s office is no longer seeing patients. After Covid, she referred many (all?) patients out to other docs. They won’t answer the phone or emails even though her website is still up. I loved having her as my doctor for so many years and I’m very sad that I have to find a new doc.

Blood Work Lab Results
Had blood labs drawn July 24th - today is October 24 - no results were ever given or put into the patient portal after dozens of requests, phone calls, and messages sent through patient portal. Don't even know if Compassionate Family Care is still in business, since there was never a return message. After waiting months for a reply, I saw a new doctor at a different practice and had my blood labs back the next day - guess I have a new doctor.

Excellent! I have received superior care and concern from Dr Ray and the entire staff. My health issues are a little complicated, and she always knows when I need to see a specialist and always handles the referral so that I am seen as soon as possible. She keeps track of test results, orders, etc from other providers, so I am confident in my overall care. Thank you, Dr. Ray!!

I am surprised by the negative reviews. Dr. Ray has been my PCP for several years and I have had nothing but positive experiences with her. I have never felt rushed during an office visit and she patiently and thoroughly answers all questions. She is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Dr. Ray for over 5 years now. She is very knowledgeable and able to explain things in a way that I can understand. She is also very personable and friendly. I feel very comfortable talking with her about anything. Also she is thorough with testing and following up and I like that her lab is right there so you don't have to go elsewhere. She spend time to discuss my issues with me. I never feel rushed. My husband also is a patient of her practice now.

We love the entire staff. My husband has a spinal cord injury, and he went through a major regression after his accident that no one could find a cause for. His other doctors kept shrugging their shoulders and saying they couldn't explain it. He was literally dying. Neurologists, physiatrists, all the specialists, and every response we got was "I don't know." Dr Ray tirelessly researched every possibility, networked, & finally found him the right specialist. Saved his life, & frankly, mine.

Dr. Ray has been treating my daughters for years. I liked her so much I moved from my GP to her. She listens and treats myself and my family like we were HER family, not someone with good insurance! I trust her judgement and her advice, diagnosis have been spot on. Not too arrogant to refer to another physician when she feels she can’t fully answer or meet our needs. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ray has had several occasions over the last 2 years that she has not been available to my family and myself. If you are able to get in to see someone, do not count on seeing her. Patients are immediately given to Nurse Practitioners and never get in with Dr. Ray again. Wait times have been over 2.5 hours due to "late" staff or unexpected illnesses that pop up.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Ray?
Dr. Ray is a capable physician, but is far too concerned with racking up office visit fees. When we tried to discuss the subject, her attitude was incredibly self righteous and rude. That, combined with a bumbling 'mom & pop' type of business approach; meant poor technology, incorrect billing, and long delays in lab results. We grew to worry about patient privacy as well. We will entrust our care to someone more concerned with our well being, than padding extra visit fees and an inflated ego.
