Very knowledgeable and trusts the parents feedback and listens to parents. She might not always have the best people skills,she can be socially awkward herself. But she is amazing in her eye for things. She sees all of my children and I trust her completely. Her main nurse is wonderful and always so helpful. They always get back to us quickly.
