I am so happy I found this doctor.
I was a first patient and she spent 40 mins with me. She did not rush me, I have a lot of issues and she asked me about each one and she new all my doctors and said I was in good hands with them. She ordered all my tests. She was very thorough. I highly recommend her and will be recommending her to my friends. Office ladies were great as well.

She is rude and doesn't listen
She is dismissive, rude, and incompetent. She is a bully. She has ashes of problem patients on her desk. She should not be in practice. She does not help.

This woman is very rude, dismissive and snarky.
Do whatever you can to see another doctor even if you have to leave the desert. She is horribly rude, insensitive, dismissive and snarky. Doesn’t care if you’re in pain, does t really want to help you. You can wait up to two hours in her antiquated office to be insulted and dismissed. Should not be in practice, I hope she gets what she deserves. Truly a rotten person

Dedicated, thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Follow through is excellent. Accessible to patients unlike doctors who foist you off to nurse practitioner for months. Impressive professional practitioner. Fine physician who actually cares about and listens to you.

i am so happy to be a patient of DR. MORGAN. I feel educated and confident as her patient. She a superb listener and explains to me all information both past and present. I don't feel that our time is "on the clock". She deserves praise. I am so grateful she is my physician.

I read the reviews on here and a few other sites, which made me hesitant about even scheduling an appointment but went ahead anyway due to it being an extreme medical concern and I had an approved referral. Left a message, didn't receive a call back. Called the following day...and was absolutely appalled at their complete disregard for professionalism. It seems that regardless of a referral, Dr Morgan only approves who she deems necessary to recieve her care, before you can even schedule an appointment. Therefore, their office blatantly denies patients an appointment or even consultation based on if they 'want to or not', which is negligence in my eyes. Front desk staff was extremely arbitrary, improper and rude. Bedside manner left much to be desired. If these are the people that she chooses to represent her office, it can only say as much for Dr Morgan. Please listen to the reviews. If she is not the only pulmonologist that your insurance will approve you for, seek another. If she is

The doctor had confussed me with another patient and misdiagnosed my condition. I was treated for months for something I didnt have. When I found out and brought first to the front offices attention they were very rude. After reading all the horible reviews on Dr. Morgan I felt it was my duty to hopefully prevent someone from going through what i did.

If I could leave less I would!!! This woman KILLED my father!!! During this Covid 19 stuff he was in Eisenhower hospital because Dr Morgan over medicated him which cause a fall then broken hip. 2 weeks in the hospital ~ she had him transferred to a rehab (for his hip) he bled out from a GI issue she left unattended to!!! No follow up on her part. Keep yourself, parents, grandparents away from this practice!!!!!

I have found another pulmonologist, after 2 visits to Dr. Morgan. She gets a series of bad doctor marks for not poor follow up. I waited a week for Oxygen, she consistently couldn't be bothered to fill out forms correctly. She LIED telling me a patient must use tanks for a year before getting a POC. After diagnosing Restrictive Lung Disease, she said "...this doesn't just happen, usually it signifies heart, liver or kidney failure, so you need to go to a cardiologist, I've done my job". Then she delayed a referral to cardiologist by over a month. I am assured my heart is fine and there is no reason to suspect any other organ failure, thanks for scaring the bejesus out of me. Evidently there is a special corner in hell where incompetent lying uncaring doctors can find nurse and front office staff that match her disdain for patients. The Urn on the reception desk labeled "Ashes of Problem Patients" says it all. Run out of this office if you value your life.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Morgan's. We feel very fortunate to have her as our primary care physician. Never have we waited more than 15 minutes before her nurse, Sandy, who calls our name out to take us back to Dr. Morgan's examination room. Sandy is a wonderful nurse who is intelligent and knows not only medical skills, but also plays the role as an efficient partner to Dr. Morgan. As a retired R.N., I can easily say they are both non-judgemental, which means so much!
