Dr. Laura Ellis, MD

I paid $2416 for a thread lift to tighten the loose skin under my chin and was left with zero results. Dr Ellis highly recommended this procedure with great enthusiasm and I trusted her recommendation. It was costly, but I trusted her and gave it a go. 3 years later I have tried repeatedly to ask for a refund or at the very least a repeat treatment, results driven alternative etc. All requests have been blown off, denied or ignored. I have since taken further steps to try get help with my compensation. We will see how that goes in the coming months. The lesson here is don't waste your money, because personally that's what I did!

My first physician review. I had horrible looking vericose veins. Dr. Ellis and Rebecca eliminated them and I am completely satisfied. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I have had four appointments and was never rushed. The office was clean and welcoming. My weight times were short. My visit with Dr. Ellis gave me great confidence in the procedures to follow. Dr. Ellis explained, in detail, the reason for my problem, the recommended treatment, expected duration and healing time. She is very knowledgeable about her work and involved in her practice. Her staff is great, courteous and helpful.

It's amazing to see the new growth of hair and my stylist has commented on it as well. As a patient of Dr.Ellis for nine years, I am extremely pleased with all of the services which she and her staff provide. Prior to seeing Dr. Ellis, I had procured services in Asheville, Charlotte and Atlanta. Dr.Ellis has spent a great deal of time with me at each visit, taking care to throughly review my needs and suggesting only that which she believes is necessary. Rather than conduct a treatment to simply sell a service and increase profit, Dr.Ellis will simply tell me that I do not need “x” at this time. The Lux program has made a dramatic difference...when strangers remark on my beautiful skin, I know I am receiving the best care and services available. While my genetics, and my history (sun bathing with baby oil in the 1970s) determine my skin condition today; Dr. Ellis has corrected much of the damage I created and has provided me with careful instructions for proper care today. There are no miracles; but quality professional care does make a difference!

I'll Never, N E V E R go to this doctor again. Cool sculpting is a total waste of money, time and hope! Their idea of telling people our chances of this procedure removing stubborn fat is so totally misleading I believe the BBB should take action. Don't bother with this office ladies!

I had vein surgery here 8 months ago and my legs feel and look worse than before. All these people care about is getting your money and moving on to the next person. They lied about many things related to the surgery and my care. I requested that they do the left leg first, the one with all the ugly veins, and they did the right one instead. These people don't care about you. I've heard the receptionist talking badly about clients just because they needed to reschedule. Go somewhere else!
