One of the worst experiences with and doctor and h
She makes changes to medication’s that have been working for me for years. I find her to be disrespectful and her staff is worse. It takes weeks and weeks to get a prescription filled.their whole system. There communication sucks..Looks somewhere else if you want to have a nice interactive experience and get your medication on time

Better Than Expected
I was worried I wouldn’t feel comfortable at this visit because of the reviews I’ve read saying Dr Durling rushes appointments. I felt comfortable my entire appointment and not rushed at all! I received lots of advice regarding my concerns. I only took away 1 star because the front staff was pretty short with me both checking in and out, I found it to be rude.

It wasn't bad it wasn't good I just don't think she's a good fit for me she might work for other people just not me. Seems like she was just wanted to medicate me. Like she was in a rush.

My experience with her was not pleasant at all she did everything on a rush, and when I would talk to her she will put her hands in her jacket as if i couldn't even ask questions rushing me out in a way i didn't like the experience at all.

I have had Dr Durling as my internist for the past 3 years. I appreciate the time she takes to answer questions. She called today with my COVID results within 3 hours of testing. Appreciate the personal touch.

Very good. She listens, takes tests and Grace her assistant always calls with results. I would recommend her. I had Dr. Dave McNeill as my doctor or 25 years and when he retired I took Dr. Durling and I am not sorry.

I've had Dr. Durling as my PCP for over a year, and find her knowledgeable and very willing to spend the time to answer all my questions. She's made referrals to doctors in other specialties when needed, and is open to my requests regarding ongoing treatment. I do find going to specialists for specific answers preferable as they each occasionally provide differing opinions. Dr. Durling is sincerely dedicated to optimizing your health and well being on all levels, and scheduling is prompt.

After reading the reviews I was questioning my doctors referral. I went to the Six Pines office. Her staff was nice and helpful. She spent alot of time listening and taking notes. All my questions were answered and she made sure I understood her explanations. She didn't rush me or talk over me. She was sharp and up to date on medications and treatments. She wanted to know what "I" thought. I liked that. I'm definitely going to keep seeing her. I'm glad I didn't cancel my appointment.

Not sure she is a good fit for older patients. STaff Did not send a copy of blood test results, only a letter insisting I make an appointment to discuss. STaff was rude when I requested a copy.
